• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🇿🇦 Shipping Within South Africa

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using reliable courier partners.

Standard Courier           2–7 business days           R75 (flat rate)

Outlying/rural areas will be quoted on and may take slightly longer (up to 7 days).
• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@karoosaffron.com with your correct details. Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues. We’ll keep you updated and assist in tracking your order if it’s delayed.

What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, they may contact you to arrange an alternative time or pickup point.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping via the online store. If you are outside of South Africa and would like to purchase Karoo Saffron products, please contact us at info@karoosaffron.com to discuss a custom shipping option.

For international custom orders, import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the product or shipping price.
