No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products β€” consumable health supplements intended for human ingestion β€” we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers, as we cannot verify the integrity or storage conditions of products once they have left our facility.

All sales are final.

Consumer Protection Act β€” Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, customers may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is returned in its original, sealed, and unopened condition. Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned under any circumstances, as we are unable to verify product integrity once the seal has been broken.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@karoosaffron.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess each case individually and, where valid, offer a replacement at our discretion.
